Mission Statement

The Ethics Committee is to serve only as an advisory body, establishing guidelines for ethical care of patients by members of WPATH. The Committee will not conduct investigations or evaluate complaints made against members of the organization. The Committee may refer complainants to the appropriate specialty governing bodies, if possible or appropriate.
