USPATH is thrilled to announce that registration is now open for the USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium, being held at The Westin Westminster in Westminster, Colorado, November 1-5, 2023.
The Westin Westminster is sold out on the nights of November 2 and November 3, we are working to add a limited number of rooms on those nights, we will update this information as soon as rooms are available on those dates.
USPATH is pleased to be able to offer the symposium in both an in-person and virtual format, with two ways to attend the Scientific Symposium: attendees get more ways to view and attend sessions, to collaborate, and to interact.

Attending the symposium live in Westminster will give you the opportunity to see your colleagues, network, socialize, and learn from leading experts in the field of transgender health.
Registration for the live USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium includes breakfast and lunch on November 3, 4, and 5. Your registration includes 1 Welcome Reception ticket and 1 ticket to the USPATH 2023 Final Night Event. Additional Welcome Reception and Gala ticket packages for guests will be available onsite, at an additional cost, if space allows, and are non-refundable.

Live USPATH 2023 Surgeon's Course
USPATH will offer a live-only Surgeon’s Course at The Westin Westminster on November 1 and 2, 2023, prior to the USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium.
This program will feature a variety of gender affirming surgery topics, and is only available to those who plan to register and attend the LIVE Symposium in Westminster.
For the first time ever, USPATH is excited to open registration for ALL ATTENDEES to join our Surgeons and Surgical Team Members on Day 2 of the Surgeon’s Course.

We are thrilled to host the following WPATH GEI Pre Courses live -only at the Westin Westminster on November 1 and 2, 2023, prior to the USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium . These Pre Courses are only available to attendees who plan to register and attend the live Symposium in Westminster. The WPATH GEI Pre Courses are organized and facilitated by the WPATH Global Education Institute.
WPATH GEI (2-Day) Foundations Course (November 1 + 2, 2023)
The WPATH GEI (2-Day) Foundations Course is intended for healthcare professionals of all experience levels and specialties, this is a two-day training course that focuses on the importance of an interdisciplinary care team approach and cross-specialty foundational knowledge. It includes what all providers should know about gender development, mental health considerations, policy and ethical issues, primary care and preventative health, puberty blockers and hormonal treatment, surgical overviews and much more, with the implementation of the WPATH Standards of Care Version 8 and the Core Competencies. WPATH GEI (1-Day) Advanced Medical Course (November 1, 2023)
The WPATH GEI (1-Day) Advanced Medical Course is a full-day training course that focuses on advanced hormonal treatment and complications, co-occurring conditions, general health, ongoing primary care and aging. An overview of gender-affirming surgeries as well as perioperative care will also be presented. Complicated case discussion helps to further understand care and treatment across multiple medical specialties. Presentation format includes didactic and interactive discussion. WPATH GEI (1-Day) Advanced Mental Health Course (November 1, 2023)
The WPATH GEI (1-Day) Advanced Mental Health Course is a full-day training that dives into advanced psychotherapy topics across the lifespan, navigating therapy issues like counter transference, children of transgender people, reidentification, autism, trauma and complicated cases. Presentation format includes didactic and interactive discussion. Exact Course Times TBD.
NEW! WPATH GEI Neurodiversity Intensive Workshop (November 1, 2023)
This WPATH GEI Neurodiversity Intensive Workshop is an intensive 3-hour workshop that will feature case-based discussion and Q&A on the intersections of neurodivergence (especially autism) and gender diversity. The goal is an interactive, in-depth exchange of ideas, experience, and expertise between panelists and attendees. Exact Course Times TBD.
WPATH GEI Advanced Child & Adolescent Workshop (November 2, 2023)
The WPATH GEI Advanced Child & Adolescent Workshop is an advanced workshop that includes information on assessment, hormones and fertility, sexual health for adolescents, and working with parents and families. Case-based discussions are an integral part of this intensive workshop. WPATH GEI Advanced Workshops are a part of our advanced track and are intended for those who have already completed the Foundations Course. Exact Course Times TBD.
NEW! WPATH GEI Pediatric Endocrinology Workshop (November 2, 2023)
The WPATH GEI Pediatric Endocrinology Workshop is an intensive 4-hour workshop that will feature case-based discussion and Q&A on topics in pediatric endocrinology. The goal is an interactive, in-depth exchange of ideas, experience, and expertise between panelists and attendees. Exact Course Times TBD.

Registration Cancellation / Adjustment Policy
All cancellations for the USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium must be submitted in writing by email to
wpath@wpath.org.
USPATH will retain 10% of the registration fees paid if your registration is canceled prior to September 30, 2023, to cover administrative and processing fees. No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2023. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only, via email to
wpath@wpath.org.
Switching from in-person attendance to virtual attendance will result in a refund of the fee difference, minus 10% to cover administrative and processing fees. No refunds will be issued after October 15, 2023. Adjustments will be accepted in writing only, via email to
wpath@wpath.org.
Switching from virtual attendance to in-person attendance will not incur any administrative fees, other than paying the difference in registration rates. Adjustments will be accepted in writing only, via email to
